Q: My insurance company states that if I take it to there preferred shop that the repair would have a lifetime warranty

All Guarantees come from the shop doing the repair, not the insurance company. It doesn’t matter if that shop is under contract, on the preferred list or DRP with the insurance company! Bedford Nissan Collision C enter stands behind our repair work. We have the same warranty as the insurance company or their shop of choice. We work with the insurance company, not for them. We may not be on their preferred list because we prefer to work for our customers first.

Do you have rental cars?

Yes, we have on-site rental vehicles. Our rentals are based on availability. If we cannot provide you with a rental from our facility, we have a close relationship with 2 local rental agencies and will do everything we can to help you expedite the process.

Our front office staff at Bedford Nissan Collision Center has a combined 70 years of experience. We want your experience to be as easy as possible. Most accidents are minor fender benders, but it’s our goal to make this as smooth as possible for all our customers.

Do you use factory parts?

Yes, the majority of the time we replace all parts with factory parts for any make or model. We work with our vendors to price match our parts to ensure the customer gets the actual factory parts on their vehicle, even when insurance will only pay for the aftermarket or used / LKQ.

We are very versed and informed on the repair process, no matter which insurance company is handling the claim. Our experience lends us to educate our customers with the proper and unbiased best advice for our customer and their vehicle.

Can I take my car into a shop of my choice?

Yes, in the state of Ohio you can take your vehicle to the shop of your choice. The insurance companies cannot dictate where you take your vehicle for repairs.

If the insurance company tries to dictate or use scare tactics ( like telling you there could be extra charges if you don’t go to their preferred shop, which is not true ) to tell you where to take your car it is called STEERING and is illegal in the state of Ohio.
